Many drummers train their hands and fingers with stick control exercises, sometimes do daily warm-ups to get fit and warm up before their concerts. What is often not practiced as intensively or incorporated into warm-up exercises are the feet. But this body part are just as important as our hands and fingers.

The same rules apply here as with the warm-up exercises for the hands.

This course provides you with the following:

Your body has to merge into one unit in order to be able to play the rhythms with flowing timing. Your grooves and fill-ins will certainly sound more musical and professional after a certain amount of practice.
